Fees

The cost of services (45-50 minutes client facing) is between $155 and $265.

All fees are payable at the time of the provision of services with Debit or Credit cards. Card details are securely stored on file. Fees not paid at the appointment will be met with a 10% admin fee. Valid care plans may give you a rebate of up to $96.65. If you go over your allocated appointment time additional charges may apply. After-hours fees apply for services outside core business hours of 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Additional services and support are billable at a pro-rata of your services rate. Deposits may be payable on occasion for various reasons at the discretion of Psychthurium.

Cancellation Policy

At Psychthurium, it is acknowledged there are times when you cannot attend an appointment due to emergencies, illness or other obligations. However, without advising, you may be inhibiting someone else from accessing treatment. All appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment, there may be a late cancellation fee of 50%. If you, do not attend you appointment, cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged full fee for the appointment unless alternative arrangements can be mutually agreed. Telehealth options are available as alternatives to in-person appointments. Cancellation fees are not eligible for rebates due to non-attendance to the appointment.

On-time arrivals in person and online are imperative for best-practice treatment. Non-attendance or arrival in the first 15 minutes warrants a no-show cancellation and a full fee applies. Appointment times are not extended for late arrivals unless prior arrangements are made. Psychthurium will charge the stored card on file for all appointments and cancellation fees. Payment of fees is required at the time of service provided.
