Balance and Moderation

I’m throwing this one out to the people in social media land. What do you guys do to make sure that you may be not overdoing it? Personally, I’m a bit of an overachiever, as far as I’m concerned. Always have multiple pots boiling on the stove, for a bit of a cliché!

And just really wondering, how does balance and moderation work for any of us? I guess we talk about our physical and mental health needs, obviously our livelihood, our families, our responsibilities, our care for people in our communities, is in there as well.

Then thinking how do we get a sense of balance across some areas of our own personal wellbeing bit of self-care, whether it might be mindfulness or meditation, and then probably even more fun and bigger activities Is that looking forward to a holiday or a trip away getting to see some important people in your life.

Obviously, we also need some physical exercise in there as well. So that’s another area getting out and doing some sport or some exercise. Are you up for team sport? Are you more a one-on-one kind of exercise, person? Cardio, or weights?

What do you reckon? What helps you out more? I guess it all comes down to where we’re at in terms in terms of our life as far as mindset and placement of our available resources. How stressful is your your day, day to day? Are you working really hard? Is it really long hours? Is it physical work?

There can be a lot on your mind. Big changes, big considerations in terms of family and circumstances. There certainly can be a lot going on, and I just want us to all work together and think about how we bring it back to balance and moderation. If you can add some comments, questions, feedback, maybe share or like this, add another hashtag in there, something that might add some value to someone else.

Honestly, more heads together gives us better outcomes, the sum of all of our information combined can really help a bunch of people along the way. Appreciate your time in reading this one and look forward to linking in with you all soon and chatting a bit further.
